Grandma has been diagnosed with Scleroderma. This disease is chronic, and incurable, but in the grand scheme of things isn't the absolute worst. It explains a lot of the aches and pains and symptoms she's been having for a while, and the symptoms ARE treatable, and that's all Grandma cares about anyway.
Her new doctor has put her on a low dose of steroids throughout the day. This is the same steroid she was put on right after that cataract mis-hap. She is so fulla pep I can't keep up! Whoopee!
